Try On Appointment

  • You acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Hire at Curated by KT
  • Try on appointments are 25 minutes long. If you require a longer appointment then book your appointment and contact us directly at hello@curatedbykt.com to extend your appointment or book two consecutive time slots
  • If you intend to bring anyone with you, please contact us beforehand to confirm as we might not have the capacity for any guests during your scheduled time. If your guest would also like to try on, they require a separate appointment
  • Payments during the try on appointment will be taken via bank transfer or cash
  • Please contact us before booking your appointment to check if specific items will be available during your try on appointment. If you book your appointment and the item is not available to try on, the try on fee will not be refunded. 
  • Please browse ahead and save style names or photos of any styles that you like. This will ensure you have ample time during your appointment. You are welcome to try on whatever is available at the time
  • If you have a specific item in mind, please contact us to confirm whether this will be available during your try on
  • Booking a try on does not ensure the item will be held for you. If you want to put an outfit on hold then contact us directly
  • If none of the try on appointments suit your availability, please contact us directly or check again later as we might have cancellations
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so within 24 hours. If you reschedule or cancel within 3 hours, the $10 try on fee will not be refunded
  • If you cancel your try on appointment, the try on fee will not be refunded. The fee will be converted to a credit note which has a 12 month expiry 

  • The hire must be confirmed within 24 hours of the try on appointment. Otherwise, the $10 try on fee will be forfeited and you will not be able to put this towards your hire
