WHEN WILL MY OUTFIT ARRIVE?
If you have selected shipping then your outfit will arrive before 6pm on or before your chosen delivery date.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you require the item earlier and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
CAN I TRY ON BEFORE I HIRE?
We only offer try on services locally in Southport, Queensland.
Try on services can be booked here.
Each appointment is 25 minutes long. If you require a longer appointment then book your appointment and contact us directly at email@example.com to extend your appointment or book two consecutive timeslots.
If you intend to bring anyone with you, please contact us beforehand to confirm.
When you book a try on, you are welcome to try on any item that is available during your appointment.
Booking an appointment does not ensure the item will be held for you. If you want to put an item on hold then contact us directly.
If none of the try on appointments suit your availability, please contact us directly or check again later as we may have cancellations.
Please note, due the popularity of specific items and the seasonal nature of special events we often do not have every item in store with us as they are booked for hires. During this time, items will therefore be unavailable to try on but don’t worry, we will contact you the week of your try on to check if there are any specific items you are looking to try and ensure they are in store for you or arrange another time.

Yes, we do!
DO YOU OFFER SERVICES INTERNATIONALLY?
No, unfortunately we do not offer international services.
WHAT IF I RETURN MY OUTFIT LATE?
We charge a late fee.
The fee charged for each day late will be your rental price divided by the number of days you've rented for, up to 120% of the original RRP of the item. For example, if you selected a 4-day hire and the rental fee was $100, late fees would be charged at $25 for each day late.
HOW DO I RETURN MY OUTFIT?
All postal items will be delivered with a prepaid Australia Post Express return satchel. Use this to return the outfit over the counter at an Australia Post store or depot, on or before the specified return rental date at 3:00pm.
If you lose the prepaid satchel, you will need to pay for one yourself and it must be an Australia Post Express Post satchel. Contact us once you've done this and include the tracking number.
If you cannot attend an Australia Post store or depot to post back the item, please return via a yellow Australia Post Express postbox before the designated collection time on that date. This is at your own risk. If the parcel is lost and never scanned, you will be liable for a replacement.
All local hires rented from us must be returned directly to the collection address by 7:00pm on the specified rental return date.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND AND NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
WHAT IF MY OUTFIT DOESN'T FIT PROPERLY?
Don't worry - our fit policy takes this stress away! If your item doesn't fit quite right then you'll receive a credit note minus a $30 cancellation fee + shipping fees.

WHAT IF MY OUTFIT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Quality is our first priority! If you believe your outfit has arrived damaged or defective please contact us immediately (within 4 hours of receiving the outfit) with clear images of the garment.
